I'm trying to do the age verification for my grandsons account I have tried it for all day today with 2 different credit cards a Master card and a Visa and
keep getting the error, Unable to complete your request Is there another way to verify my age so he can use his account or do you know how long this is not going to work? I have tried it on 2 different computers, with the
same error. Looking through the forums it looks like this is a common problem, and that has been going on for awhile. I would just delete it out if he hadn't been using it before I noticed the age was wrong and fixing that caused all this aggravation. I may
wind up deleting it out any way and redoing it with out the age verification now that I know about it causing all these problems.
Age verification for live account will not work
I attempted to setup an account for my daughter and the age verification process failed after confirming credit card information for 50 cent charge. I attempted to follow the same steps, but of course, the alias I previously entered now shows as unavailable.
Please reply with resolution.
I have setup an Outlook.com account for my child who is a minor and I have attempted many times to grant permissions for the account. Unfortunately I can never complete the "Age Verification" process for my own outlook.com account. After submitting the
credit card page I am directed to a page which reads: "We're unable to complete your request Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later." See image:
