Hi, I would like to obtain the IP log for my email account for the week starting 16th September to date as I am concerned that it had been compromised, I have completed the account validation process and have the verification email available.
Hi my account appears to be hacked after I opened a dodgy email.
The hacker changed my password.
I tried to the password resolve which I used by answering the security question.
Then when I tried to sign into my email it states 'looks like someone is using your account'.
So I can't use the 'verify using the email address' option because the work email address is wrong.
So then I went on and answered the questionaire multiple times to best of my memory and all attemps have been declined.
I can't even provide the account validation numbers because the email address they send them to is wrong!!
Pkeae help, I don't care about the actual account- happy to open another one, i just need all my contacts and some vital private emails.

I'm unable to access or reset the password to a Microsoft Account. The account was created well over a week ago.
On a password reset, I receive the error "The Microsoft account is incorrect. Please try again"
On an account validation, I'm told the account doesn't exist.
When I try to create a new account using the same email address, I'm told the account is in use.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Recently, when signing into my account i encountered an error stating my password was incorrect even though it was correct. I have recovered my password and changed my security information but i'm concerned that someone might have been using my account. I would like to ask for a log of the IP's that have accessed my account from 06/01/2013 to 08/18/2013.
I have already gone through the account validation process and have the passing e-mail.

Before I get to the point…I've already tried to “Reset your Windows Live ID Password”, so don't bother telling me to do that. I tried to go through the "Account Validation Process" as well, but this Polish jerk changed all my account information, so I
cannot recover my account by any of your basic means. I've tried going through submitting an escalation ticket, only to get back a reply to try and “Reset your Windows Live ID Password”. Here’s the proof if you don’t believe me: SRX1211743954ID.
Fact of the matter is, some polish guy hacked my account. *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is the account I used for gaming and contact with friends. There is personal information at risk and possible ID theft going on here. I don't want some guy in Europe stealing my information
and gaming access. And who knows what else he's using my account for! I want the account locked down immediately, and access to my account restored to me ASAP. I was directed by customer service to post here to contact the Windows Live Team Directly, so I
better see improved results in assistance. Am I angry? I am RAGING Angry! I would have thought that the fact that my address, name and contact e-mail suddenly changing from my Virginia residence to some place out in Poland would have been a SEVERE RED FLAG
to your company and community. Whoever ve*****@onet.pl is, I want him OUT of my account, and I want all my original account information restored. You people should have some record of my information that I put on that account. I want it back!
