Any help is appreciated.
I want to update my security info with a current email address. When I say the old email address is not valid it asks "Since you don't have access to your current security info..." and offers a possibility to verify with
a mobile phone number or an alternate email address. I'm not giving microsoft my mobile number and when I use the alternate email address (to a gmail account) it doesn't send the necessary code!
Can this issue please be solved. Thanks.
