The issue is that I had a hotmail account that I used to log onto the facebook with, and unfortuantely I didn't use this hotmail account for a long period of time,

when I tried to use it just a month ago, it mentioned that I am using wrong password, I tried changing my password, but an automated e-mail stating that my information is not enough to grant me using the account back again,

I kept sending this request trying as much as I can to be able getting it back, but I got the message of "microsoft account doesn't exist"

I sent a request to the microsoft support and it said that am gonna get a feedback in 24 hours, and I got it,
but I got the following message;

Had a photo go missing from my Flickr photostream so changed my Flickr password and my Hotmail password.  Next time I went to log in to my Hotmail account my new password was refused.  I went round in circles trying to resolve this with the Microsoft options available to me.  Eventually set up a new Outlook account, and notified Microsoft support of the problems I was having.  When I went to log in to my new Outlook account today was not able to and the message over the account log in box was 'account doesn't exist'  (even though had been using account last night!)  Was able to log into Flickr last night will do so later, assuming I can.  Have no idea what is going on - very frustrating and time consuming - not had any problem like this before.

Hi I am contacting you in regards to my live account which has all of a sudden prevented me from signing in, it stats that I've entered the incorrect email and password, but how would I have entered the incorrect email or password over 5 times and once being asked for the security question, I've answered it correctly but suddenly it writes that this 'service is unavaliable...'
Ive already filled out the form to prove that this is my account but I still haven't received any feedback.

. I entered a title on one photo and this title appears on other photos and on the menu edit title is not active.  I tried removing photos and then putting back in but titles come up on the new photos.

Hi,

I've been paying for the add-free version of Hotmail for years. Since the move to Outlook.com I'm increasingly frustrated by the poor performance and, for the first time ever, have actually now signed up for a gmail account as a consequence.

Problems:
  • Service downtime and unreliability
  • Unable to sign in from my Android phone
  • Unable to drag-and-drop emails to folders
  • Unable to move emails to folders using the drop-down menus
  • Poor performance with non-Microsoft browsers, such as Chrome

On top of the technical problems, you're also offering an unbelievably poor user experience:
  • You send me emails about the renewal of my subscription, but no way to contact you about the problems
  • You offer feedback through Outlook.com, but state clearly at the top of the form that you won't reply to me
  • I try the online live chat option for product support, but there isn't one available
  • I try an online chat with general support, who tell me to call 0800 587 2920 
  • I call the number in the point above, but get disconnected as soon as I select the 'technical support' option
I don't expect the world, I just want:
  1. The service, which I pay for, to work properly
  2. To be able to contact someone when I have a problem
My question - who can I contact to discuss the problems I'm having with Outlook.com so that they can be resolved?

I have an Outlook.com calendar sync issue. Since approx. August 16 my phone (Nokia 920) calendar has been synching with my outlook.com calendar but the information on this calendar is NOT synching through to Office Outlook 2010 (via connector) on my PC.

 

Note: If a calendar event is originated on the Office Outlook Calendar, it is synching through to my phone and outlook.com calendar, with other words, the synching problem is only one directional..

 

The same error log keeps appearing-See Outlook 2010 error log below. I have uninstalled and re-installed the outlook connector but problem still exists.

My read only calendar links for use in a browser or for importing into another calendar application are not working. They stopped working about 4 days ago. When I try to test them in a browser, the response is Server not found. I can still go to my Windows Live / Outlook calendar online and I can still make changes to the calendar within Windows Live Mail and it syncs with Windows Live Calendar online but I can not view the calendar in a calendar program or in a browser with the links that are provided on my 'Share' screen.  I also subscribe to my Windows Live Calendar feed through Yahoo calendar and Yahoo can not get any updates or refresh the calendar either.

 

I have listed 1 calendar from 1 account below, but this involves 2 accounts, 3 calendars, and over 3 different Win7 computers, and they worked fine for months previously.

 

I reset the one calendar in Windows Live Calendar online to see if a new link would work, but it is the same thing - I still cant cant load the new link or the old share links through a calendar program or firefox or ie browser.
