Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC44
Protocol: POP3
Port: 995
Secure(SSL): Yes
I have located the error message in a list that says it's related to the Winsock dll. I've tried various solutions, but continue to get the same error.
Running windows 10, 64-bit, latest updates
Windows Live Mail
I know it's no longer supported, but it's the best for what I need.
Windows Mail that came with Windows 10 has no problem getting my emails, but I can't create groups in it.
thanks for any suggestions

Hello,
Recently I've encountered a problem with switching between photos in the Photos App. When I move to the next photo, it appears incredibly blurry (approximately a dozen pixels high) for up to half a minute before the photo properly loads. This only started being a problem a few weeks ago, and I'm not sure what could have caused it. Resetting the app fixes the problem temporarily, but simply closing and re-opening the app causes the problem to reappear.
I've had my laptop for several months now, and it it's only recently that there has been any noticeable delay in loading the photos. As it is, it's now faster to open multiple instances of the app so that I can alt-tab between them to rapidly compare photos. I apologize if this question has already been answered, but I wasn't able to locate a solution.
Cheers,
Nikita
