Question about Outlook Express

I've been trying to make a video project, but i do not want any music in it. The project starts with default music, but when i try to set it to none there is no "Done" button for me to make that selection. I cannot click out of the menu, i can hit escape to close it but it reverts back to the original music.

Am I missing something obvious here?

or Serious UI problem here.

In Windows Live Mail, Reading Pane is set to bottom of message list, but entire text has dissected lines.  What's the problem and how do I correct?

I am using Windows Mail on Windows 10 Pro, and find that several emails are deleted from the sent items list right after I send them. It happens inconsistently, but apparently with certain contacts, in particular. Right after I send the email, it appears in "Sent Items" for a second, and then vanishes. It is nowhere to be found. The incoming server is IMAP, the outoing SMTP. All boxes are ticked in the account settings for this account (Outgoing server requies authentication; Use the same username and  password for sending email; Require SSL for incoming email, Require SSL for outgoing email).

Can anyone help?
