Good morning.  I would like some help on managing Sent mail in Microsoft Mail, on Windows 10.

I periodically move 'sent' mail out of the "SENT" folder, and into other folders, so I can keep track of specific issues.  When mail is in the "SENT" folder, the first line is the recipient of the email.  Perfect for finding an email.  However, if I create a new folder, and drag mail from the "SENT" folder into the new folder, the first line becomes the creator of the email...me.  I have folders with hundreds of emails in them, all with my name, and no recipients visible.

I searched on Microsoft Answers, and found this statement:  "Windows Live Mail has different layout templates for the different types of folders."  So, I think the solution is, I need to change the layout template for folders I create that contain 'sent' mail, to be different from folders I create that contain 'received' mail.  But I cannot find any tool or setting that allows me to update the layout template for Mail folders.  And perhaps I am mistaken, and this isn't the best way to accomplish the task.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!  Thanks!

Is there a problem with Windows Live e-mails?

Sometimes it is OK and others it is "not responding".

I am using Windows 10.

I have been successfully using gmail on my Microsoft account since the spring but, as of today, I can't delete emails. They simply will not delete.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

grazie.

I have been working on a video which I have been using Microsoft Live Movie Maker for. I've set a deadline so I needed it to come out. I was taking a break and watching some videos when my computer shutdown for no reason. Probably a Microsoft thing :/. I didn't think much of it and restarted the computer, reopened all my apps I was using, and went into Movie Maker and restored the project, as an alert will pop up saying ''The last time you used Movie Maker it closed unexpectedly''. I clicked restore, and all of my files came back to the way they were before, and the first part of the movie (an image) appeared. I went back to doing my own thing, yet when I went back to do more work on my movie, I noticed all of the videos had gone black, and all of the audio from said videos was muted. The music over it was fine, but all the other audio was gone, and the screens were black. I've tried rebooting, shutting down and restarting, and none of it seems to work. I've also noticed that if I reopen the save file, I can see the videos briefly but as soon as I click off it, it disappears. The same thing happens when you split the video. Please help, I've done to much to restart!
