I am not able to send or receive email on my PC Outlook
I get a Send/Receive Error at the bottom of the screen
cannot delete contact email addresses from my contact list. they reappear after live mail is closed and reopened ?????
I seem to have the same problem as several other users, in that most days my live mail account screen goes partially black, I then have to save to drafts everything I 'm doing, and close the account. I then re-open and carry on. This happens multiple times a day, expecially on emails with larger attachments. I use Windows 7 Professional, service pack 1, 64 bit. I'm working on an iMac 2017, using Parallel with the latest update. I use WL Mail 2011, Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3555.0308). I always keep all the software updated, this problem has been going on for many, many years.

The keyboard layout in my daughters account is different to mine. I have the main account, hers is secondary. My keyboard layout is as it should be, but hers has the " coming up as @ & vice versa. How do I change this please. In both accounts, the region language shows as English UK as it should be.
