My company recently updated their email infrastructure. We comply with all Microsoft/Outlook deliverability standards but our mail is still getting filtered. They've confirmed out IPs are not being blocked but I don't receive in either spam or junk emails from my work email and many others across our enterprise don't as well. Ive submitted multiple tickets and was ultimately told to come here. How do we escalate this to someone that can actually do something? We see that mail is accepted and was told that it was being filtered by SmartScreen but how do we get that mail finally delivered?
