I seem to have the same problem as several other users, in that most days my live mail account screen goes partially black, I then have to save to drafts everything I 'm doing, and close the account. I then re-open and carry on. This happens multiple times a day, expecially on emails with larger attachments. I use Windows 7 Professional, service pack 1, 64 bit. I'm working on an iMac 2017, using Parallel with the latest update. I use WL Mail 2011, Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3555.0308). I always keep all the software updated, this problem has been going on for many, many years.
