Can anyone give me easy to follow directions on how to back up windows live mail (2010) to an external hard drive? Thanks.

after finally managing to solve the login problem, my videos won't upload to YouTube, after completing steps one to 3. I filled in the features of my video like name and tags, then it continues to the next steps. But after step 3 its says there's a network problem.
its possible to save the video on mine computer, its a WMVfile and i have the 2012 Moviemaker version.
I have an Exchange Server and the folder are intact on my IMac on my desk ... but for some reason they have disappeared from my laptop.
Did I check or uncheck something I wasn't supposed to, I don't think so. Help! (yes I have restarted it, shut it down, etc)
So I have used a software to record that has produced 45 minutes worth of 6 second clips... its fine but when i highlight them all they go into editing in the reverse order?? Is there a way to organize files descending when opening media?!?
URGENT! I am making a photo montage for my mother's funeral. It is nearly done but I am getting error messages when trying to add background music I have purchased from I-tunes. It is a .w4a file. it reads" erro: the file might be corrupted or in a format Windows Movie Maker does not recognize".

I had windows 10 downloaded and had not problems but I recently started getting messages thatsay Microsoft has found a error and will have to restart pc so when it came up I could not see my emails went in and it shows pop for server instead of pop3, I also got a error message ox800ccc0o
