Question about Outlook Express

I wanted to download cortana on my phone lumia 435 windows 10but it doesn't seem to be available on store cld i tell me how to enable it on my phone pls it is a very good app and it seems like a loss not to find it here .

I use Gmail Contacts on all my Android devices and am wondering if it is easy to use this Contacts list within WLM 2012 instead of having two lists to constantly update. My WLM is used on a Windows 10 pc to bring together my three email addresses, a POP3, Gmail and of course the Outlook.com which replaced Hotmail.

I have searched the web but many of the answers are rather dated so there may now be a different, improved process.

Ever since I uninstalled movie maker it wont let me and it gives me error 0x80070643 even though my fire wall is on. I tried every guide on the internet to fix this but everyone has failed. Please help me reinstall movie maker.
