I am having the same problem on both of my laptops. This has been going on for at least 1 week. When I try to open Windows Live Mail I get this error on both computers. I do not know how to solve this hoping community can help.

Hi guys/girls
I have set the storage folder for live mail to the main (raid 1) drive, few month ago. That drive died while live mail was open ( live mail was installed in C: default location). I went and shut down and rebuild the raid. After the rebuild the live mail open with my account but all email and email account disappear. After some investigation i find the live mail have reset and is now using the default live mail folder storage location C:UsersnameAppDataLocalMicrosoftWindows Live Mail. I have all the account detail, email, email account etc in the folder that suppose to be in. K:nameWindows Live Mail. How can I make live mail reuse the account in K: drive with out adding each email account in, one by one. and with out importing all the email back in one by one?
I had many folder in each email account. When you import the email it goes back into the folder but it in meaningless number and letters 79HH344GHBJK. As you can see i can no longer able to access the original live mail before it reset. I can no longer
able to rebuild with all the folder intact with the proper name etc. I cant even rename it because i don't know what the original name was.
If anyone have similar experience or know how to fix this. Please share that info with me. I really appreciate it.

Using Windows live mail 2012 I can receive all emails and send emails but NOT to btinternet.com email addresses, this has been since April 18th 2016 as successfully sent one the previous day. Copied below but ***** replaces email addresses for privacy as I am a business.
BT Internet is my provider.
If I log onto my email account at webmail I can send to btinternet.com addresses and if I use my gmail account I can send too (both of which I rarely do as I use WLM 99.9% of the time) but I don't want to have to keep doing that as I want to keep everything in one place ,it takes ages and confuses customers.
I have not changed any setting within WLM and I am getting more and more frustrated.
The message comes later in the day that the original email was sent gets repeated daily so for each original email I tried to send.
