When I run the fix it tool -it says " sorry but your operating system is not supported by microsoft fix it tool at this time"
Need to download the needed codecs for movie maker 2012 windows 10 - 64 bit, show the link to download for Format for wmv and mp4.
The current codec is not compatible with win 10 upgrades.
Not receiving any emails from one person whose on my safe senders list. I do not have them blocked or filtered with a message rule. Any answers would greatly help

Hi,
Turned on computer after a week away with computer never been used and discovered all my contact list on windows live mail have all disappeared. Contacted microsoft who after a while state that contacts cannot just disappear , but they have and i need to get them back.
Have tried ideas noted on the community , all to no avail. Any ideas out there that could help .

For some reason, I was unable to log into hotmail from my computer (works on the mobile app). So, I reset my password. Now, I can no longer view my hotmail emails in Outlook even after changing the password in Preferences>Accounts. I'm using a MAC and Outlook for MAC 2011.

My emails will not load or send. I get the error message code 0x800ccc0f. it says the server unexpectedly has terminated connection. I have Comcast. I checked with them and the settings are correct. I am able to access my Comcast email accounts on my IPAD fine. It is just on this computer that I cannot access my emails and get the error message. I have Norton Antivirus software as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My "Reply" and "Forward" functionality have become slow. It takes several seconds to prepare the message, also typing has slowed to where I occasionally have to wait a few seconds for a a keystroke to register. Any suggestions?
