I am running Windows 10. I have been using Windows Live Mail, but want to convert to Outlook 2016. I would like to know what I need to know and what I need to do before taking the final step and start punching buttons. I have been trying to read up on this, and there are a lot of things that I don't understand. Do I need an EML to PST converter? Which one is best?

I have bought a new computer which has Windows 10. I had wanted to put Windows Live Photo Gallery & Movie Maker on it, but 2012 version won't load. Is there a version for Windows 10?
I previously used these programs on my old computer which had Windows 7.
All of a sudden (perhaps since latest Windows update) I am required to check a box to allow Windows Essential to make changes before I can open my email. Any ideas, anyone? Thanks.
