Hello.  I have a problem with Windows Live Mail.  I am running Windows Live Mail 2012.   I deleted my Windows Live Mail account by mistake.  Now I can't recover my folders, sub-folders, and saved emails.  I searched the web and it stated to go to Explorer:  C: users/myname/app data/local/microsoft/windows live mail  and highlight windows live mail, right click, and select restore previous version, and select a date prior to the account deletion.  HOWEVER, once I am at windows live mail, and right click on it, I am not given the "restore previous version" option.  I can see all of the other options listed but that one is not one of them.  HELP!

Is there another place in my computer that the windows live mail account could be stored?  I am running Windows 8.1  Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

Just when do you intend on admitting and fixing your gmail problem? It has been over a week since YOU BROKE GMAIL! You have taken a good program, Windows and turned it into an unreliable mess! I keep hopping you would get your **** together and put out an update that actually works, but it's only a dream!

I feel like you knowingly and vengefully BROKE GMAIL CONNECTIVITY! Prove me wrong, please! I just find it hard to believe that NONE of your beta-testers use gmail and didn't find any problems! You definitely need to find somebody that knows what they are doing! For now, please quit trying shove your broken downgrades on your end users! This is criminal that you broke my lifeline to the world! Thanks for nothing!

JUST FIX THE PROBLEM!

By the way, this is NOT WINDOWS LIVE MAIL! That program actually worked good until you replaced it with Windows Mail!

I know how organize my photos by date (oldest first); and program shows pictures well, aggregated by months, increasing values.

BUT, inside one month, pictures shows in decreasing order !!!!! Why ????

Example:

> December 2011

       > 25'th

> January 2012

      > 20'th, 15'th, 9'th <<<<<< ????? (must be 9'th, 15'th and 20'th)

I ran a diagnostic test from my HP desktop, on Windows Updates and other functions. HP Help has several tests to use on Windows 10. The test took several minutes, and wasn't completed, when I canceled it. It seems to have wiped out Updates. Nothing appears except the word "Updates," when I go there. I only get one chance at Updates, and am unable to access it except initially from Settings. For instance, if I got to Security, then try to go back to Updates, nothing happens. Any suggestions?

I also unable to view any of my messages even though i can receive them. While viewing any emails, i am getting an error: " Windows Live Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this message.
