I've long been wanting to make a complaint with this app.

Or maybe I should be doing something instead?

Because when I crop the picture I couldn't dictate the picture I want to crop lengthwise or horizontal wise without the whole picture being resized.

Plus when I use the magnification, I couldn't scroll up as the whole picture already extends past the screen.

Hi there , please can someone explain how I keep WLM if I remove Microsoft Security Essentials?

I am thinking of using a different Anti-Virus program but I will still like to keep using my current email which is WLM.

The new anti-virus instructs me to remove Microsoft Security Essentials but it seems that I cannot do this without removing WLM as well?

Some help here please.

Hello,

I bought my father a new laptop because his old laptop kept dying on him. In his old laptop, he was able to just click a button which automatically enhance an image, the new laptop doesn't have this feature that is why he rarely uses the new laptop and continues to use the old one.

I searched the internet for answers but the only answer I got was to go to the settings and under the "Viewing and editing" tab, turn the option for automatic enhance on. The problem is that there is no option in the settings to turn it off.

Below is an image with the aforementioned settings.

Below is a screenshot from https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/74203-turn-off-auto-enhance-photos-app-windows-10-a.html on how to turn on the auto enhance feature in the Photos app.

As one can see, the option for auto enhance is missing. Is there other ways around this?

We are getting many duplicate emails (sometimes as many as 20 of the same email) from the same sender.  How can this be corrected?

Hi ! I thought i followed directions properly but apparently more direction is needed . Am i forced to re-install ( yet again! ) my WLM 2012 onto my Windows 10-Build 1909? Advice would be appreciated!!

Here was the posting from January 11,2020's thread https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/all/change-my-outlook-email-from-pop-to-imap/a3dab7cb-3df7-4338-9aff-e56f9097f92c

Here's what should have happened:" 4. Click Next and Finish. The program will try to connect and download the account folders and their contents. This may take some time if there are a lot of folders and/or messages, and it may stall. Be patient."

Instead,an error tab opened that stated: " The IMAP server has issued an unrecognized greeting. "

Below are the details:

K EONPopper ready on m0116798.ppops.net

Configuration:
   Account: (filled in)
   Server: (filled in)
   User name:(filled in)
   Protocol: IMAP
   Port: 110
   Secure(SSL): 0

   Code: 800ccc0f

I then decided to delete this new IMAP account ( AFTER backing up all my emails!!) and create a new one.

The process seemed to go smoothly. However, after a few minutes this error message was created:

"Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems or a long period of inactivity."

Here are the details:

Configuration:
   Account: (filled in)
   Server: (filled in)
   User name: (filled in)
   Protocol: IMAP
   Port: 110
   Secure(SSL): 0

My Internet Service Provider informed me today that my emails are not being downloaded to my PC's WLM today because a recent Windows Update seems to have removed that capability from POP3 accounts.I was urged to re-load WLM with a new IMAP account instead,as another of their subscribers successfully did earlier today. QUESTION: WHAT IS GOING ON??  Here IS A COPY OF MY ERROR MESSAGE   :
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 10053

This morning when I started my system, Windows Live Mail didn't display the text of the new messages downloaded from my GMail account. the message in its entirety read:

"Message could not be displayed WLM encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again."

All messages incoming after initiating the update cannot be displayed. Those received earlier in the day were ok.

I have a 2T hard drive, which is operating at 15% capacity.

Last night, as I shut down the machine, it went into an automatic Windows update cycle. Based on date stamp information, many apps were updated (reinstalled) last night and this morning, including the following:

  2 - Microsoft Windows security updates (19-Aug-20)

46 - Microsoft Office updates (20-Aug-20)

6 - various programs were reinstalled on 19-Aug-20

20 - additional programs were reinstalled the morning of 20-Aug-20
