Hi there. The search email function on my hotmail account a few weeks ago. I have tried using Internet explorer and chrome browsers on different computers - office, home desktop and laptop. It also doesn't work in chrome and safari on my iPhone and iPad
either.
When I log in to another hotmail.com account on the same browsers, the search function works
I get this error on my iPhone:

This error on desktop:
There was a problem with the Outlook service (a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer). Please try again. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service
status to check if there's a problem with Outlook.
Is there something wrong with the index on my account? I need to get this search function back urgently.
