I am not receiving certain emails, specifically from companies I have an account with. I have changed my password, viewed in several browswers and checked that the emails were definitely sent. However as others are coming through, sending myself test emails isn't helping. Please help!
Example: I did my online shopping yesterday, have received no confirmation emails (I normally would) and on checking my account with the supermarket online, everything is fine. This has happened noticably several times over the last couple of weeks. I've accused a company of not delivering a product when actually they emailed me 4 times to try and contact me.
