i cannot get video window movie maker!-- jsut audio
im very frustrated- this is the 1st t iem tryoing to use this
im using windows 7 home premieum on HP envy-- one year old computer
updated latest 2012 movie maker
have updated codec pack &, k-lite
NOTHING
my video file is a mpeg- a reel
i also tried every other video i could find-- & every thing from my ipad-- nothing plays
whatever format it tired-- no video playes
just sound
ive had HP tech support try
no one can find out whats wrong
WHY WONT THIS WORK!!!!
