I have been having problems with new emails coming through to my samsung galaxy s4, no new hotmail emails have been synced to my phone since last Thursday the 7/11/2013, I have tried deleting the account and re-adding it, I have contacted samsung customer service and tried troubleshooting with them, my other email accounts are working fine with the built in email application and have also tried manually setting up the account and nothing seems to be working.

Can you guys shed any light on this it is extremely frustrating.
