Messenger is not working for our employees this morning. Keeps freezing. Receive error: Out of memory at line: 35. Anyone else having issues this morning?

Receive error: Message from webpage. Out of memory at line: 35. 

Anyone else having issues this morning?  I can't find a place where I can report this issue to MS with the necessary details.
