whenever i go into live mail  a pop up has started asking me for password.  i've been using livemail for 2-3 years and never needed a password.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Btinternet **** account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

i've reset my password but it still says it's incorrect

it seems i can still send e-mails but am not receiving any
