OS: Windows 7 Home Premium; Email: Windows Live Mail
I had this problem before; thought I had fixed it, but it came back.
When I try to access Windows Live Mail (check inbox), I get a box that says I'm working offline and do I want to work online.
I say yes, and it repeats twice, before anything happens, and then perhaps nothing happens.
Eventually mail arrives, but this is a real PITA!
And, of course, I didn't keep "fix", because I didn't think this would happen again.
