Incoming e-mail font suddenly shrunk. How can I increase font size? I found how to increase font size for outgoing, but not incoming.

I was working in e-mail, and suddenly the font on the incoming messages shrank.  I don't know what caused this, but now the print is tiny and most difficult to read.
