import contacts and history form Outlook 2007 to Outlook.com

How do I import my contacts and history from Outlook 2007 to outlook.com?

I have stopped my messages going into Outlook 2007 (as otherwise they don't also go into Outlook.com) but I don't have my contacts and history available in there yet.
