I don’t receive emails from my boss in Windows Live Mail, but they show up on my Iphone

I have one contact, my boss, whose emails to me do not show up in Windows Live Mail.  They simply never even get downloaded.

But they do show up on my Iphone, in the regular Inbox folder.

I have my devices both set up with IMAP servers, and use Yahoo Small Business for my email account.

This only happens with this one particular person.
