How Can I See or Find My Hotmail Sub-Folders on Outlook 2011?

I just bought the MS Office 2011 and added my hotmail account to it, but I can Not see my folders 'tree'. 


How can I see/find them, so I can use on my day to day life.


How Can I set up My Hotmail account on Outlook 2011 for Mac so it will show all my folders/tree as shown on hotmail website?

Outlook for Mac – Disappearing meeting invite, re-invite not showing up on calendar

On a delegated calendar (I'm the delegate), my boss has a recurring meeting that I "tentatively" accepted for the series on his behalf and then wanted to confirm his participation in one specific occurrence so I accepted the specific meeting.  When I did, the entire series disappeared from his calendar.  I requested a re-invite to series and have received the meeting invite on behalf of my boss.  The email indicates that he has accepted the meeting and his calendar has been updated automatically but it isn't showing up on my Outlook.  Please advise.  Thank you!

Outlook alarm still sounds even if appointment associated with it is deleted?

Hi,

The title kind of says it all. I find that if my secretary deletes an appointment from my schedule via Outlook on her PC, the alarm originally associated with it will still sound at the original appointment time even though the appointment no longer exists. Outlook for Mac 2011 syncs with my calendar via Exchange Server. Has anyone else noticed this behavior, and is there a fix?

Hi.

Is it really true, that it is not possible to see contact groups in a public folder ?

How “Compatible” is Outlook 2011 with Outlook 2010 for a PA to manage her Boss’s Calendar, Mail etc.

Right...

At work we have a couple of top-brass that use MacBook's (because they like the look of them) but run pretty much all the software through Parallels and Windows 7 (not boot camp).  As technicians we are trying to move these guys from Outlook 2007 / 2010 on Parallels to native Outlook 2011 on OS X which it appears they are happy to do.

Their PA's run Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 and our senior IT management are worried that there are compatibility issues between the two versions of Outlook on the two different platforms so are hesitant to let us move them onto Outlook 2011 and get rid of Parallels.

As Outlook is merely a front-end to our Exchange server I can't see how there could be any issues with the PA's managing the appointments and email for the top guys but I'm wanting to hear if anyone has had any issues or if there is anything to be aware of.

My Outlook email subfolders all disappear when I minimize the main window

Hi Everyone,
When I launch Outlook all my various folders of email messages are there, including many subfolders inside of folders. But whenever I close or minimize the main window and open it later, all the subfolders have disappeared. I have to quit the application and relaunch it in order to get my subfolders back.

Pretty annoying, as you can imagine.

Any thoughts?

Adding a linked e-mail address within an e-mail

Hi, I cannot add an linked e-mail address to Office for Mac 2011.  I type in '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' for example and it does not link, it simply just shows the text.  It works when I use a URL, just not an e-mail.  I have changed the text from HTML to Plain, I have tried an hyperlink, I have created a new signature with my email and added that...all to no avail!  Can anyone help me please???!!

error code – 3253 “connection to the server failed or was dropped”

one of my user's having problem when he gets arrive home he's getting error -3253"connection to the server failed or was dropped". he cannot send but he can received email.he is using mac2011 outlook.

I'm just wondering when he is in our office no problem occurred to his system but when he arrives home and send an email he cannot send and getting error -3253.

Error code -19999 Access Denied when Outlook 2011 for Mac user tries to update a contact locally and sync to Exchange 2007.

Does anyone know a resolution?  I cannot find anything on error -19999.  I can create a contact on Outlook for Mac and it will sync that contact to Exchange 2007 with no issue.  Any update from the Mac side is not synchronized with Exchange nor any update made via OWA will come down to the Mac.

Any help would be appreciated.

How do you exclude the original message sent to you in your reply in outlook for mac?

How do you reply to an email with only your response and your signature--I don't want the original email from the other person to show, just my reply.
