Hello!

Outlook 2011 don't connecting to Exchange 2010 from external network, but from internal network all working.

For Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 our admins recommended import to registry follow keys:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\AutoDiscover]
"ExcludeHttpRedirect"=dword:00000001
"ExcludeHttpsAutodiscoverDomain"=dword:00000001
"ExcludeHttpsRootDomain"=dword:00000001
"ExcludeScpLookup"=dword:00000001
"ExcludeSrvLookup"=dword:00000001
"ExcludeSrvRecord"=dword:00000001

After I am importing this keys Outlook 2010 is working from external network. Before Outlook 2010 always asking credentials and in settings for proxy authentication automatic changing to "NTLM Authentication" instead "Basic Authentication".

I am finding similar recommendation for Outlook 2011:

"To disable autodiscover in your Outlook for Mac clients you can run the following AppleScript:

tell application "Microsoft Outlook"
set background autodiscover of exchange account 1 to false
end tell"

After this Outlook 2011 working fine in internal network, but from external network nothing change. Always ask credentials and after I am input it right don't working.

I am enable logging in Outlook and what I see:

2013-04-26 11:51:37.773,0xFFFFFFFF,Outlook Exchange Web Services,Error,"EWS: Error parsing data on thread=0x1995a404, Error=
SYSTEM or PUBLIC, the URI is missing

Please help me solve this problem.

Where does the email go that is sent via an outside script after it is sent by Outlook. I'd like to view it later for reference but it doesn't appear in Sent Mail folder. Is there some other location or setting I need to enable?

Good morning,

I have read a lot of threads and tried the suggestions to get my Outlook data put back into Outlook.  So far, no success.  I changed computers and copied my MSD to a flash drive then installed it on the newer puter under MSD.  I downloaded the latest update and now seem to have locked myself out of Outlook altogether.  I do get the ever present: 'There is a problem with the Office database...  rebuild it using the database utility.'

Pressing 'Rebuild' the MDU opens and starts step 1 of 5: scanning... and gives the message: Your identity is older than this version of Outlook. Please rebuild by using the last version of Outlook that used this identity.

I don't know what the last version was, but before I updated I do know the version was the same on both computers.  I'm using MS Office 2011 on both.  I have done a bunch of stuff following the advice on other threads and now I don't know what I've done or how to get the program to open, much less show my data.

Can you pls help me.  Can you also be very simple in your instructions as it took me a full day to realize MSD was the MS data.  I'm not the brightest bulb in the pack.

Thank you so much,

Rita
When scrolling over mails in a folder they changes from unread to read.
How do I make the setting, so it stays unread?
Is there an easy way to remove attachments that have been included in Outlook meeting invites? I don't have the time to go into past calendars and meetings, so hoping there is a simple method. These seem to be taking up a lot of space.
How can I recover all deleted Outlook 2011 email and folders, when trash has also been emptied?

I purchased Wondershare's Data Recovery for Mac, ran it in regular and raw.  I have folders that might be what I need, but they are not large enough to contain all my Outlook folders (I saved and organized hundreds of folders).  Also, what do I "recover" ... the Office 2011 Identity, Main Identity, or Data Records (includes 14 folders).

Like everyone else I am sick about what I may have lost, and would appreciate the help of someone more knowledgeable than myself!  : )

Sue
I did a fresh install of OS 10.8.2 on my mac. Previously, I would just copy over the main identity file and all of the account information and locally stored messages would come over. This time, I can setup the email account but it ignores my database file, so none of my old messages show up in Outlook (with no apparent error). I've tried to rebuild the identity to no effect.

Using Outlook 14.3.2.

Any ideas? Thanks
