Hello Forum

I have a Problem on my Outlook 2011 14.3.6

i can't read a newsletter from Internet, email is black
but when i send this to my Outlook for Windows i can

what is the problem ?

Thanks for Help
I'm running Outlook 2011 14.3.6 (130613).

Sending messages is fine.

Receiving most messages is fine, however there is a particular email address that comes from the office to my laptop and most of the time (not always), the message is received in plain text instead of HTML.

All other messages from the same office domain are received as HTML.

Any assistance would be appreciated..
How I can add another sound to receive mail for Outlook 2011.
My Outlook was working earlier today and I went to check my emails and everything is gone, folders, emails, calendar, contacts, everything
Hi all

I have recently installed Outook 2011 for Mac as I no longer wish to read my emails through my hotmail account when using my personal computer. I have been informed that I am not able to sync my sub folders from my hotmail a/c with outlook and I will only be able to read new messages.

Can somebody please let me know if I am able to sync my messages in my inbox so if I delete a message in hotmail it automatically deletes in outlook 2011? At present when I open outlook 2011 it still shows that I have unread messages even if I have deleted them in hotmail!

Thank you

Richard

Jim,
I see this is the final post to & from Bruce so I don't know if you helped him or if he got so frustrated that he gave up! I was  hoping to find out before attempting to repair my Office installation because it sounds like I am having the very same, or similar problem, only with Outlook instead of Excel. I have been using Office for months, close to 6 months, without problems other than the occasional "busy Server" but now it crashes after about 10 seconds. The only difference was that I had added Outlook.com as an email account (i was using it at work) but shortly after I removed it & went back to my Gmail).

The begining of my error report is:

There is a lot more - it goes on for 30 "threads". I have noticed some reference to CFRunLoop NLCreateConnectionHTTP, CPopConnection, NLDisposableaddress, CImapConnection, CImapSyncMapEntry, etc. I can copy the entire report if needed.

I have tried moving my Identities to my desktop without success but that is it. Could this be a simple issue with my email addresses? Do you think uninstalling, then reinstalling & adding the email accounts from scratch would eliminate the problem? If so, I suppose I would need to uninstall All of Office, not just Outlook, correct? I appreciate any guidance you can provide!!

Hi I am facing this issue with Outlook 2011. I can send or receive emails on my Outlook (2011) but when i click on the permissions tab in "Folder Properties : Calendar" I am getting error "Outlook cannot connect to the exchange server to retrieve permissions" - the exchange server might be temporarily unavailable. Verify that you are connected to the server or try again later.

1. I have tried creating a new profile, didnt work, tried re installing outlook. didnt work. Emails work but when clicked on calendar it gives the error as mentioned above. attaching a screenshot of the same.I connect via VPN mostly .
I recently uninstalled Microsoft Office for Mac 2011 from my macbook pro and reinstalled it.  However I get this error message "this identity cannot be opened with this version of Outlook"
Can anyone help me please?
One of the statuses available for an Appointment/Meeting in Outlook 2011 for mac is "Out of Office" (which appears to map to "Away" in the Outlook Web App, when viewing Calendar entries).

This status, surprisingly, does NOT prevent someone from scheduling a meeting with me in the same time slot.   If I use the "Busy" status, however, the time slot is unavailable for meetings.

This doesn't make sense to me - what am I missing?  (I tried to find definitions for the statuses in the application Help, and in the on-line support, with no real success.

Has anyone else encourntered this?
