Hello,
how can i send a email with the information to the customer that the answer-adress is my emailadress and another one? In Update 14.3.9 is a new function with in reply to but i cannot find the option in the New-Message-Dialog. The Windows Outlook has this function and the Apple Mail also.

Sending attachments from Outlook to MacAir with Office 365

When I send an email from my vista machine via Outlook to my MacAir with Office 365, the attachment comes through as a winmail.dat file, and is unable to be opened. How do I correct this?

I recently installed Mac OS X 10.9 (alias Mavericks) and noticed that encryption of outgoing emails is broken.
I can sign emails and I can decrypt emails I received- but the necessary certificates for encryption are not available. It seems the certificates of signed emails I receive are not added to the keychain and therefor not available for encryption. So far I have not found a way to manually add certificates to the keychain. Has anyone else noticed this problem? Is there a workaround or a fix to this issue?

5th Jan 2011 shown as constant date received / sent

In my Outlook Mac 2011, the date "5.1.2011" is shown as the date received or date sent in all messages older than yesterday (see picture). How to fix this?

Outlook for Mac 2011, Edit Attachment in an e-Mail

Hi!

In Outlook 2010, I could easily edit an attachment directly within the e-mail (via the menu item "Actions" --> "Edit Message"). There, I could edit the attachment and save it directly back to the email, without having to save the document on the computer first, edit it and then send it again via Mail. In Outlook 2011 for Mac there is this menu item as well ("Edit Message"), but I cannot edit the attachment (it is still classified as "Read only").

So my question is: Can I edit an attachment directly in the e-Mail and save it back to the same e-Mail in Outlook 2011 for Mac as well as in Outlook 2010?

I am using Outlook for Mac 2011 on a MacBook Air under an Office 365 subscription. Can anyone tell me I get my Outlook calendar to appear on my iPhone calendar app without going through the rigmarole of manually syncing with iTunes? Thanks.  

Cant Send and Receive in Office 365 for Mac

Hello,

when I click the send and receive button on the top bar nothing happens. I set my accounts up a couple of days ago and it was intermittent but now its stopped working completely.

I have checked the email settings and they are all correct.

Can any one help?

I have setup Signatures - would prefer if selected signature was automatically added to outgoing email (replies, new messages) rather than me having to add signature manually

Outlook 2011 and the Rendering of Fonts pasted from other sources

Hi there,

I have a problem with one of my users.

When they construct an HTML email and copy text into it from another source it appears the same as in original source. Fine so far.

Then with outlook they reformat the copied text to the same as the rest of the email. E.g Arial. Outlook will change the text to the desired font.

They then send the email. Still fine so far.

When the email is opened on a windows machine however, the HTML formatting is ignored and it displays the formatting as if the user had never bothered to format the email to begin with. In short the copied text often looks like the user is "shouting" . Whereas the txt directly typed into the email appears correct.

My question is, why does this happen (the email appears correctly formatted on a mac) ? And how do i fix this.
