Hi,

I use a Mac and bought Microsoft Office Home and Business to organise my emails better through Outlook as my Hotmail account is becoming unmanageable. I added my Hotmail address to Outlook during the setup and all my emails from Hotmail started coming through, which is great; however my problem is I can't get my Outlook to fully talk to my Hotmail, which is synched with my smartphone and tablet

What I mean by this is when I read an email on Outlook, it does not appear 'Read' in Hotmail when I log in online, nor on my smartphone or tablet

I have been sending emails via Outlook, which do appear under 'Sent' in Hotmail online and on my smartphone/tablet, so it seems like the problem above is the only issue outstanding

Can someone help please? Thanks in advance

My outlook 2011 is giving me following error message.  I tried several solutions I found online but none are working.  Can anyone help me?

Anyone know how I can remove the calendars located below my main calendar in Outlook?  I have no idea how they even got there.  I'm using Outlook for Mac 2011 with Exchange. Thoughts?

Every time I typer someone's name in Outlook 2011 for Mac it brings back multiple selections for the same person.  Name/Email etc. are all duplicates yet there are not duplicates for these people in my address/contact book.  What's going on here?  Any idea how to fix this?

I have two issues currently with Outlook for Office 2011:

1.  The darn thing keeps asking me to enter a password for e-mail accounts that I have been using for a long time.  I know they are stored in Outlook but it keeps wanting to verify the e-mail address on a periodic basis.  These are 2 AOL e-mail accounts.  How can I get it to stop doing this?

2.  Now, for some reason, the Outlook icon in the dock keeps bobbing up and down like it is trying to get my attention.  I have quit the application and it is not running but the stingy thing keeps bobbing up and down and I don't know why.  Can anyone help?

I have a Microsoft Exchange email account. I also have a Mac and use Outlook for Mac for email. A client of mine sent me an email from their Netzero account. I received the message but cannot see the message. When I open the message I only see their address but no message. I can, however, read the message on my iPhone. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Thanks,
This has me puzzled.  One of my users has Outlook 2011 (14.3.9), connected to our Exchange server on a Mac running 10.8.5.  As an administrative assistant she has lots of contact groups set up to manage emails to common groups of people.  A lot of them are named similarly, such as Group A, Group B, Group C, etc continuing to Group Z.  Going through her contacts there are easily 20+ contact groups.

The issue at hand is when she's composing an email, she will type out part of the contact group name, "Group" for example, but only a handful of the groups will show up as options.

For instance, typing "Grou" will show the following results:
Group F
Group G
Group H
Group I
Group J
Group K
Group L

The results are always the same ones, always in alphabetical order, plucked from the middle of the contact groups.

Any ideas?
I had heard that Outlook would sync with google calendars, yet it does not.  And the more I read the more it sounds like it used to but no longer does.  Will Outlook only sync with Exchange calendar system?
