Any way to resolve this?
Using Windows 8.1 Pro, have ~100GB of data uploaded successfully to SkyDrive. I use 2 devices which I keep synced and make all files available off-line. For Uploads, the progress clears once the status has reached complete. For downloads however, some
remain complete or pending and are never cleared. Even after moving, deleting, renaming, putting files back and several hours of sync time does not resolve the issue.
Hi, I am also a long-time outlook user. When I use the search to access older emails, the search engine only goes back a week now. It just started this yesterday. I use the search all the time.

I have attempted to reset a password for a Microsoft account. I've successfully done this before. However in my latest attempt when the password reset process says it has emailed the links to the following associated email accounts...no link is received.
When I click on the link which says 'I can't use the these options' and entered an alternate email address....microsoft responded with the following instructions which is the exact same process I started with:
Click Here for the Microsoft account password reset page. Select an option and click "Reset your password". Enter your Microsoft Account, then enter the security characters, lastly click "Next". On the following page, select "Email me a reset link" and then click "Next". A reset link is now sent to your email address.
Again...trying this one more time...no rest link was sent to any of the associated email addresses.

I never got a follow up, and the read-only mode still seems to be in place (it has been almost two months now since I received this message). I can't upload via Windows Phone 8 or the Desktop app. When I try upload via the web
interface (e.g. create a new document), it just says:
SkyDrive is undergoing some routine maintenance and should be back up shortly. Please try again.
Obviously this has been going on for months now. I pay for a 100 GB subscription, but I am reluctant to be charged for this period. Would any Microsoft rep please help me restore SkyDrive functionality, as well as refund any
charges for this period?

How do i close my account? I've seen others that want to close due to issues other than mine. I want to go back to the other email service I had because it worked so much better. In the last two days I've received 25 emails on my other email account and
1 from Microsoft on Outlook.com.

I have set up my e-mail account with my local internet service provider to forward all incoming mails to my Hotmail (now Outlook.com) account. This normally works fine but I sometimes notice that certain mails are not forwarded; I only receive them in
my (hard drive) MS Outlook, not in Hotmail. I've searched the junk and other folders for it but they are just not there. I tried to figure out which e-mails specifically are not forwarded; it are mails sent directly to me (e.g. list serve mails all arrive
normally in Hotmail as well as newsletters), but I cannot extract a specific pattern to be able to predict or determine exactly which are and which are not forwarded. Any similar issues; answers why this may be so? Thanks!
As waplog.com, we have 10 million users. We send approximately 500,000 e-mails per day. We use to use only one mail server mx1.waplog.com. Recently we set up another mail server on mx2.waplog.com and divided our load between these two servers. Our problem
is; Microsoft provided emails puts the emails from this new server to junk folder.
There are no "blacklist" messages from Microsoft in our logs. We believe our IP addresses are not in your blacklist.
There is a discussion about "an IP's reputation" in your troubleshooting page. Would you please send us detailed information about this topic? How can we increase our IP addresses' reputation? What are the other measures we can take to prevent waplog emails
from going to junk folder?
