Where have these files gone? I have not moved or removed them, Microsoft has. These documents are extremely important and the reason for using Skydrive was to maintain a cloud back-up for my PC but I didn't expect the cloud to remove them and then sync
those changes back to my PC without notifying me. This doesn't happy with Gmail, Dropbox or any other cloud storage.
Having used Skydrive for the last few months with no problems, I noticed today that folders that previously contained documents were showing empty both on my PC and in the cloud. These documents were not deleted by myself as the Skydrive is used for archiving
important documents and the folder is used on a daily basis and they are not in the Recycle Bin.
I think my account may have been compromised and would like to obtain an ip log
When I left my wife I was homeless for a while and had no access to email, by the time I did she had entered the account and changed all the security. I got the password from her but she would not let me change security info. Now she has locked me out of the account with 2 step verification.
What can I do to get the account I set up and use back.
My 'Sent' folder on my hotmail account constantly keeps updating with the same 5 emails saying they have been sent over and over again...I don't have any clue as to why this is happening or what is causing this!? I just had to delete 120 pages of the same
5 emails in my 'Sent' folder and I'm finding it difficult to find any emails that I have actually recently sent as they are getting lost amongst these ones.
Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated!! :-)

why is it up until now i was able to make short stop motion movies with my 9 year old son using his lego and saving it with no problems.
Approx 5 months on ,we have just made another one in exactly the same way and WMM will save it as a project but not as a movie when finished .
Have windows done an update in the last 5 months that has interfered with WMM ,if so can they put it right please,im only a simple bloke who enjoys making these little movies with my son and then technology frustrates me by not allowing me to do something
i used to do!

Recently I have installed windows 8 and setup and NEW Live ID I have gone through the process of transferring my Gamertag from the old to the new and I want to merge (alias) the old with the new. Frustratingly I am unable to alias my current outlook.com
acount with my hotmail.com and vice versa. I spoke to the Microsoft support via the chat and they are also confused why at least one wont work.
Please Please Please can you help me. I am pulling my hair out with this.

Some months ago I setup a custom domain under outlook.com. Setup a couple of e-mail addresses, which all work great!
Now I want to make a change to the custom domain, but (A) can find it when logged in with my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** . Or, (B) I might have another Microsoft/live account that was used to setup the custom domain, but I cant find that info. Sorry.

how can change my folders language in skydrive
If another user set up my web based outlook account, can they set it so that any emails being sent or received from certain parties are forwarded to them or accessible by them?
Reason I ask is if I do a search for all mails from this user, I am getting mails show up that were never sent to them that it seems they have access too?
