Estou recebendo e-mail de (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) informando sobre bloqueio na minha conta HOTMAIL.
Cannot send new or reply to e mails. they all go to drafts.
i maintain 2 different hotmail accounts but i seldom use the other one so i forgot my password. when i tried to reset the password, i cant do it anymore because it says that my microsoft account does not exist. pls help me.

Since Thursday, September 6, 2012, I have been unable to open any emails,or write any emails. The format looks completely different. I have Internet explorer version 8. I use MSN as my home page when I sign in for hotmail. THere have been no changes
