Hi there,
I have a problem. I seemed to have deleted some messages in my hotmail and when I try to recover them, it says it has recovered all deleted messages - yet the ones I am looking for aren't there. Is there anything further I can do to try & recover them? Help!

Almost every day I get a newsletter (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) on which I subscribe long time ago. This newsletter arrive always in my Unwanted Post folder… everyday, I click on NOT unwanted mail… but it still arrive in wrong folder !
I did check in my filter: this *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is not indicate.
Could you help me to solve this bug. It's really getting boring me.
Can anyone tell me how to recover deleted email from the deleted folder that has been emptied.

Let me help you rectify the issue about not being able to view that attachment.
 
Please be informed that if an attachment contains a virus, the user cannot attach and/or open the infected file until the virus is removed. It is also possible that the Hotmail/Outlook.com servers are experiencing issues which cause the virus scan to produce a false positive result.
 
Meanwhile, there are some instances that your browser's cache and temporary internet files are causing the issue. To make sure that this is not browser-related, please optimize your browser. Click here for the steps on how to do so. If you are currently using Microsoft Internet Explorer 10, you can refer to the instructions on the link provided below on how to clear cache or delete browsing history and/or reset Internet Explorer settings to its default:

I seem to be having difficulties sending emails.  Some are staying in my outbox without being sent.  For those emails, it won't even allow me to delete them.  Some eventually go, but takes a very long time.  These are simple email responses, not sending large files.  I also experience trouble attaching files, I'll get an error message which then closes down the program and opens it back up, but won't allow me to send.

 

Why am I having such problems with this.  Started after I upgraded to windows 8...

I linked my SkyDrive with my student account as directed, but i did not get any extra storage free nor did I receive the code to do so. I chatted with a Microsoft representative, Maria A - Billing Support, on 10-30-13 at 10:30 pm and she told me that posting my issue here would give me a solution, as she was not ale to help me. Please, can someone provide me with the code for my free additional storage. Thanks.

I have created a new alias account and have received confirmation to my main account from outlook. It tells me I can use the account by clicking on it above the To line but it's not there. When I try to sign in it tells me account is already validated. Any advice would be great.
