I SUDDENLY FOUND MY INBOX HAD ONLY 13 EMAILS WHILE THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST 4000. i HAVENOT DELETED THEM. HOW CAN I GET MY INBOX FULL OF MY EMAILS AGAIN?

My inbox has lost emails without being deleted.when I search emails it can be pulled out but my inbox doesnot have those emails.I use apple laptop. Apple couldnot figure it out.Somehow I have been able to copy all my emails from my email outlook( stamp with a bird logo)in my mac but mac can't do it. Help me out please.

I have lost all the email before 1 week.

I continue to receive e-mails from F*ckBook and Alfonso Parrish. As I don't want to open their e-mails, I can't learn their addresses. So how do I block their e-mails? I send them to junk, but they keep popping up. As a woman, I certainly don't want to know how to enlarge my{removed}- or get ****, etc.

In hotmail my e mails received are timed 4 hours later then actual time

Windows XP, Hotmail.  When I receive e-mails on my desk top the time is 4 hours off.  Instead of 1 PM it will be 5 PM.  The time on my desktop

is correct.

I accidently deleted some e-mails I need and the recover deleted emails steps aren’t working.

1) I deleted all Emails in my "Sent" folder by accident (just hours earlier), can I get all restored?

2) By using the suggestion found in here, only found less than 10 Emails, did not help in my case!

when I go into my inbox Iam unable to open the sent emails, why is that?

When I log onto my hotmail email inbox and click on received emails, my inbox is refusing to let me open the  received emails. The emails are not opening at all, why is that it seems the y are stuck and cannot be opened to be read.

Adding members to contact groups

I have updated my contact list.  I selected a contact and added the contact to a group.  When I display the group, the new contact is there.  When I send an e-mai, the newly added contact is not included in the group?  Why?  or, How is a contact suppsoed to be added so they are included in e-mail distribution?
