I don't understand why my Home and Student 2010 which I purchased November 2010, now appears to be Unlicensed. Please help.
During November 2010 a full version of Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010 was installed on my laptop. Since then I have been using Windows Live for my emails, but recently after experiencing send/receive problems with Windows Live I decided to have
a look at Outlook 2010. I selected All Programs>Microsoft Office>Outlook 2010, the Activation Wizard then thanked me for installing Microsoft Office Professional 2010?, and that my trial period had now expired, and
to purchase a full version click Upgrade now. I clicked as I had already previously purchased Home and Student 2010, I then went ahead and entered my Product Key. Hotmail connector then copied everything from my Windows Live onto Outlook, the progress box
stating that everything had completed successfully. I can now receive mail on Outlook but I'm unable to send or write emails, which I assume is because at the top of the email page there appears the title Microsoft Outlook (Unlicensed Product).

I cant find my contacts while composing a new email after switching from hotmail to outlook. I have tried the recover method already but because i didnt delete them so i cant recover.
Kindly help me to recover my contacts.

I use my Hotmail account to forward emails from our business website to my work email address. In the past month I have received forwarded emails from the Hotmail account but a copy of the email does not show up in my Hotmail account. There is nothing showing up in my spam folder and the website address from which it receives from is in the "safe senders" list. I want to be able to keep a copy of the email in my Hotmail account as well as being forwarded to my work email. It has been fine for the past year, and I have not changed any settings in the past month.

Im using skydrive for few years and since few weeks ago my skydrive isnt working properly. Im using skydrive application to sync my files from my computer and since few weeks it does not download or upload anything. It keep saying that "Processing Changes"
I have cleared the check-box "Improve upload speed by uploading files in batches"
But it didnt solve the problem too.
Whats the problem with my skydrive ? How can I solve it.

My old email address was *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, I haven't signed onto it for a long while. Yesterday I forgot my facebook password and to reset it they send you an email link but when I went to sign on to my email it said my account doesn't exist. Can anybody help
me with this and tell me if it does or doesn't exist?
In very concerned with this issue I've tried numerous of steps and still haven't recived any verification please resolve this problem I've checked my junk files I've tried resending the verification many times as well still nothing :(
