I have 2 hotmail accounts one personal and the other work related. my work related account had a problem and i was asked to change my password, i have forgotten the new password. every time i try to access it now i an given a questionaire to fill in
but i cannot answer all the questions on it as i rarely enter anything in the subject field and i cannot remember who i recently contacted either. the other option i get is to reset my password but can only send the new password to the inactive account "pointless".
so i still can not access my account. is there another way to contact somebody to look into this for me.
I went into my hotmail account today and it looks like it automatically converted to the Outlook format. Why did this happen? Is is the same for everyone? Do I have the option to go back to the old hotmail format?
I have discovered that my contacts in hotmail have disappeared. I had removed them from the 'contacts' list on my Galaxy phone as I didnt' want them there in amongst my phone numbers (they must have got there automatically through the hotmail on my phone).
I went into my hotmail on my pc and now all my contacts have gone from there. I didnt' realise that it my phone contacts would sync with my email. Can anyone tell me if and how I can retreive all my hotmail contacts?

My daughter is trying to login to her account but is getting " That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account " We have tried to recreate but dont have the option to create a hotmail.co.uk account which it was.
We would like to keep her hotmail.co.uk account as all the family have the same....thanks in advance.
I have recieved emails from microsoft saying my acount will be permantley suspended unless i update my records. They sk for my email address and password which i think is a scam, Is this right?

My hotmail account got switched to outlook. How do I change back? I can't open my email in outlook and the option to return to hotmail doesn't work. Just says error on page.
I have used hotmail for years and every time I try to email government or some other entity, in this last case, the VA, my emails do not go. They disappear. How can I fix this so that I can email anyone on the planet?

I go to manage groups but there is nothing that says view contacts. This is so much more complicated than the old way.
