Hi,

I'm new to Windows 8. How do I access the preferences in Outlook?  When I click the Outlook tile it opens up huge. I would like to resize it and customize it. 

I accessed my skydrive from 2 diferent computers so I can join all my files, what I got is that some files were not refreshed, still in blue, How can I make all my files to get corrected?
I have changed the domain records for mx and it is showing me a error

My windows live mail will not receive email or stay on line. What can I do about this problem?
i've been using this email address for years now since this new update i had a recent reset on my instagram password when i sent the request to my email i didn't receive the verification. i checked my junk folder but nothing I've tried this numerous of times still nothing. i've been going through the community forums and tried all those solutions still nothing. i really want to resolve this problem thxs. 

I was using Outlook.com without any problems until I upgraded to Windows 8.1 Pro.

I contacted AT&T (my mail server) and all setting, passwords, username are correct. The only change was the upgrade to 8.1

I am unable to sign in on Office so I can use SkyDrive on my PC. I have logged in fine from my laptop, but every time I have tried to sign in since I installed it on my PC about a month ago, I have had the error that says "Sorry, we are having some temporary server issues". Is there anything I can do to rectify this? Obviously I am keen to get using my SkyDrive to store my university work and soon my novel for National Novel Writing Month! :)
On my computer, I use Apple Mail and connect via IMAP and my iPhone/iPad is connected via EAS. In Apple Mail, incoming emails and other syncing actions are working, however, when I delete an email in Apple Mail, the email does not delete from the server or my other devices (iPhone, iPad). If I delete the email from my iPhone/iPad, Apple Mail reflects the changes.

I occasionally get and error message, "The IMAP command “UID COPY” (to Deleted) failed for the mailbox “INBOX” with server error: Error 9. Server error. Please try again later.." when trying to delete emails from my Inbox.
