I need help getting into my blocked Hotmail account from a live person that can help me as I keep getting trapped in the automated Recovery system. Everything I have tried that has been suggested in the que/ans forum has not worked......end up back in the "circle". Surely there is some way to get around the automated system and have a real person help you........isn't there??? I am old, like your Grandmother, and not computer wise enough to get along with just hints! ha Thanks, Happy

I received a virus notification from Hotmail service. The notification stated that a DGTFX virus had been detected in the folders. Also, it stated that the email account had been upgraded to a secured DGTFX anti-virus 2013 version. But, the notification
stated that I must send personal information including my name, password, username, date of birth and country. However, I am uncomfortable giving this information because I don't know if this is in fact the real Hotmail service or someone just seeking personal
data. Could someone get back to me and let me know for sure whom I'm dealing with. I thank you in advance.

I am receiving a ridiculous amount of junk mail in my junk folder and sometimes in my inbox every day. It can be as much as 50 emails per day!!! Each time I sweep and add to my blocked senders list then I delete straight away from my deleted box as I dont want it sitting there either. I also tried adding the senders as directed on the Blocked Senders page (see below) but this isn't working either and it was just getting too many to add each time.
You can block an email address or a domain (the part of an email address after the @ sign).
A lot of the senders have an address like contact-1321654@ and it appears that they will use this several times over but just with a number different a lot of the time.
Is there anyway I can minimise the amount of junk that I am receiving.
I have seen news reports and received emails saying that live or hotmail accounts need to be converted to skype accounts. Is this true? If so will I loose my email address?
how can i stop connected emails from the same person. i woudl like to go back to the old hotmail settings

لا استطيع الدخول الي سحاب الهوتميل واعتقد ان هنالك شخصا قد اخترق الايميل
علما بانني حاول استعادة كلمة المرور عن طريق رسال ة الجوال
وبعد ادخل الرمز اللذي ارسلته الي شركة هوتميل
يتم تحويلي الي صفحة تاكيد الحساب
واللي يرتبط بحساب اخره ايضا قدت رقمه السري
والان لا استطيع ان افتح الحساب
وايضا قمت بارسال تاكيد بيانات الي هوتميل
ولاكنهم افادوني بعدم اكتفاء الاجوبة
ماذا استطيع ان افعل
