I’m unable to see my emails. My Hotmail Inbox comes up with the error “Service Not Available”

Trying to sign in to hotmail in Internet explorer and Google chrome and I get "The service is unavailable." Sometimes after signing in I try to empty the trash or the junk box and I get same message or a message that hotmail can not be reached. And there is nothing with my internet service as all other sites opened correctly.

Jeg vil gerne vide hvorfor jeg ikke kan læse mine mails? Der står at der er 6 ulæste mails , men når jeg åbner mail-boksen, står der ingen ulæste .. Min hotmail-adresse er: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***..

 I have been sent pdf files to my hotmail address.  I click the attachment and I click on download.  I then getting a pop up asking if I would like to open or open and save.  I click on that and then it just runs security scan.  I can not save or open file.  Please Help

Today I tried to reply emails like usual but I keep on receiving Delivery Status Notification:

Delivery to the following recipients failed. *****@*********.***  The * are letters. I send the emails through another mail and it works. I have changed the password, questions and I keep on not able to send emails.Please help. Thank you
