When I reply on a message, the original drops way down the page and I'm unable to delete the extra spacing.
This happens in Hotmail itself and is the same regardless of the computer/keyboard I am using.
I have a signature on my hotmail email but I wish to delete part of it
but I can't remember how it was done....can someone help please.

I am unable to sign into my hotmail account, unable to reset my password, and unable to confirm that it is my account. I have tried everything listed. I can prove the account is mine, it is being forwarded to another one of my emails. I need to actually
talk to a person!

I have received emails requesting personal information such as birth date and country of origin to keep my hotmail account open. Is this a requirement for hotmail account or is someone trying to get my information? Thank you.
