Duplicate emails

I'm getting previously read emails downloaded into Outlook. The last was 653 previously read emails so now I have 653 duplicates. What's up? How do I stop this?

Time settings on the mail box are not synchronized with actual times

Hi, Time of the email given at the top of the right are not synchronized with the actual times indicated on the computer. For example, they have a 13 hr difference. Tried work it through the time settings on the Calendar.  No avail .  Hope someone can advise. Thanks

can’t set up domain at domains.live.com for 2 days!

I haven't been able to set up domains for 2 days. The one I'm trying to set up now is motivationmatrix.com.  I get the "this domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language.  Last week I was able to set up farmlandpoa.com under my account. When I try to move it to a different account I get the same "this domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word....".  Obviously not, because it is already set up with Windows Live.

Please help.

How do I delete recently e-mailed contacts?

When I click new and type in specific letters which are the start to specific e-mail addresses, recent e-mail addresses that I have sent e-mails to come up, I want to delete those recently e-mailed contacts, my Hotmail account is strictly for professional stuff and has been manipulated before various times to send e-mails to all recent e-mail addresses and contacts through being hacked, it's not very secure though this is not what concerns me, i want to delete all my recently e-mailed contacts so this does not happen again, i have been on Google and researched this but can not find anything, everything is out dated, there was one thing which said I have to type in the first few letters press down to highlight the e-mail address and delete it via pressing the delete button on my keyboard, this does not work.

Please advise me on how I can delete recent e-mailed addresses from my Hotmail account.

I received emails with important attachments during the first week of January and I don't recall deleting them, I actually flagged them. However, I could not find them anywhere and they are really important. How can I get them back??

i had to enter in the sign in on my xbox and the email has been delited, i have called microsoft and they have advised me to contact you, i have the issue number for the acount and would like to know weather you can do anything to help the issue number is 7543387
