Siempre he abierto automaticamente mi HotMail. Hoy aparece una Página de Microsoft, que me dice que No es valida ni mi E-mail. ni mi contraseña? lleno el cuestionario y me piden mi No. e tarjeta y Pin. YO NO MANEJO TARJETAS. Que debo hacer? Gracias

I can't find my contact list on the new Outlook. How do I do this or how can I go back to Hotmail.
مرحبا لقد تم سرقة احد سحاباتي وقت وكنت راسلة الشركه و استرددته ووضع اميلين بديلات وفجوئت بعد يومين بسرقته وتغير الميل البديل و قرئت عن هذا الموضوع بالمنتديات
وفوجئت بشيء اسمه ثغرة الميل البديل ماذا افعل راسلت الشركه عدة مرات ب معلومات متكد منها عن حسابي خصوصا الكملات المرور ولاكن دون جدوا
ما الحل الشخص الذي سرق هذا الميل يعرف المعلومات الاساسيه كلها من اسماء وتاريخ ميلاد كنت مع علاقه معه سابقه ويعرف بعض الباسوردات لجهل احد اخوتي بالموضع واعطائه لها
لدي الباسوردات القدميه ولدي الايملات االبديله التي وضعتها سابقا ولدي المعرف الفريد ماذا افعل حتى استرد حسابي ارجوكم

Note - in Q&A it indicates thats l do not have to use outlook so how do l get back to hotmail ?
Yesterday I wrote that I couldn't write or send emails, got a funny screen when I tried, etc. Today I still can't do it through my default browser, Firefox (up to date, 19.0), but can do it through an older Internet Explorer. The symbols that appear above
this message as I type are all scrambled when the funny screen appears.
Just before the problem began yesterday I had clicked on "learn more" re the switch to Outlook (info that appears opposite the Hotmail sign in box). I didn't sign up, but I did look at that for a moment. Could it have had an effect? The last problem I had w/Firefox was resolved when you gave concrete steps to follow about my browser. Unfortunately, I don't remember. But I'm wondering if it could help me now. Thanks.

A pesar de que configuré mi cuenta para no guardar el historial de mensajes siguiendo la ruta a continuación:
(configuracion -> Mas opciones de configuración de correo -> Historial de mensajes -> Guarda el historial de IM en una carpeta en Outlook de manera que puedas consultarlos o buscarlos más adelante. -> No, Gracias )
1. Me sigue mostrando al iniciar la sesion los ultimos mensajes en el panel derecho
2. Como hago para aparecer desconectado para ciertos contactos, tal como se hacia en la pagina de hotmail?
