really would like to have these files restored. They contain valuable information for me. Please help!

I just have a problem with the hotmail calendar, I can not change the language, and the language currently set was the one I can not read. I don't know when this thing started, but I know it was really been a while. Inbox and contact do not have such problem, only calendar. I wonder why.

For some reason the "time" column is missing. I have "From", "Subject", and "Date", but no "Time". I see nothing under options to add this back in. (And yes, it's missing even with the screen fully expanded). There are also no longer any column lines so
that I might adjust the widths. Can you help? Thanks.

Had an issue with saving my sign in info. Called Hotmail support, got someone who wanted to take over my computer to try to resolve the issue. He told me my computer was "infected" and offered to fix it for a fee of course. I declined and decided to
deal with the minor issue of having to enter sign in info everytime I used Hotmail. From that point on I have had a slow computer and it is acting like it has been messed with. I did not have these problems before I contacted Hotmail support. I have no proof
of Hotmail support messing with my computer but seems very unlikely my computer suddenly started acting up by itself. Bottom line is I don't trust ANYBODY that takes over my computer and tells me I need to be charged to fix something that's not there. Again
I had no other issues before I contacted Hotmail support. So would I recommend Hotmail or Microsoft products to anyone? I hope your stock values plummet to the point that people don't even remember what Microsoft stood for. I hate being scammed and the best
