How to unblock e-mail domains

Mail from my organization (ons.org) is being blocked by default for Hotmail, but not for Outlook.com addresses for some reason.

If I add the address to the accounts safe sender list or contacts the e-mails will go through. The problem is we run an online school, and some people register with hotmail.com addresses. When we send them their course access instructions, they don't get it because hotmail is blocking us by default. On the mail logs Hotmail accepts the e-mail and reports it's queued for sending. We don't get an NDR telling us the e-mail was rejected, but it doesn't go to the user's junk mail or inbox either. It just gets held somewhere. 

Is there a form I can fill out, number I can call? There doesn't seem to be a lot of support for this kind of thing.

Forwarding incoming message

In the new design of Hotmail, there is no "forward" anywhere in the menu.This occurs only in the swedish version, English version is ok under "actions" WHY is that, shouldn't they be similar ?? 

Junk, Spam, Phishing emails in Hotmail

Why is it that 50% or more of my "Junk" mail has an address of Hotmail.com? Since the Sender changes the Hotmail address daily it is impossible to stop. The only solutions I can come up with are:
1. Creating a rule to send all Hotmail addresses to be deleted before getting into my Junk Mail folder, or
2. Deleting my Live.com account.
If all these spam/phishing addresses are using "Hotmail", it cannot be safe?

I just got one of those emails from hotmail 2day,, abt. my acct. shutting down. What can i do w/ this email?? l

Hello I got one of those hotmail emails stating they are going to close down my email acct... asking for info and passwords and such..

do we need to forward it to microsoft,, or use the phinsing scam button to get rid of it ??? thanks

Not able to utilize my Hotmail account that switched over to Outlook

My Hotmail account switched over to Outlook.com.  I can sign in but there is no tool bar at the top and I am not able to access any of the e-mails and open or send or look through old ones.  It took about 30 minutes yesterday and all of a sudden it started to work. This morning again I am not able to access anything in that account.  Do I need to change or update anything?  This is my primary account but if I continue to have problems I will discontinue using this one.

SORRY, maar onderstaand probleem is nog niet verholpen, kan nog steeds niet inloggen op mijn hotmail account. Bij inloggen krijg ik de melding dat eht account verplaatst of verwijderd zou zijn. Graag nogmaals checken, danwel mijn probleem verhelpen als mogelijk.


Probleem Er zijn momenteel technische problemen bij de Microsoft-accountservice. Mogelijk zie je fouten als je probeert je met je Microsoft-account aan te melden bij een product. Voorbeelden van producten waarvoor je een Microsoft-account gebruikt, zijn Hotmail, Messenger, SkyDrive en Family Safety. De service wordt zo snel mogelijk hersteld. Hotmail not working still

I have 3 linked hotmail accounts and can only get into 2 of them.  The status report tells me there was a problem and its been resolved, but obviously not as I cannot get into the account.  How does this get sorted?

Error message when trying to send picture attachment emails!

I am unable to send emails with picture attachments. I get a "There was a problem with Hotmail Service (a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer). Please try again. If you keep seeing this message [this is the 5th time I've tried to send this email and received this message], go to Service Status [which always shows that nothing is wrong!!!] to check if there is a problem with Hotmail."

What is going on?! I have tried to send this email way too many times for this to be a "connectivity issue"
Please help!
