I havent received any of my emails all day long, I have no idea why. I tried contacting msn and have not been able. Any ideas what can be causing thi and what i can do. I've searched all over the web for help and no solution. It was working fine yesterday,
woke up today and no email.
I dont have a picture selected in my account setting or my profile so I have no idea where it could be coming from, it was my profile picture for Facebook a while back, but this email is not connected with that account for it to be able to do that. Where
is the picture coming from and is there some way to change/delete it?
My child got a windows phone and apparently there was a child block program on it that required me to make a Microsoft account, and now it wants me to access the account again, but I forgot the email I made up... Suggestions???
I have an external email client which I've pointed my outlook to pick up emails from. I initially set it up so that all the emails that are being sent to that email, be sent straight to a new folder which I've created specifically for it. However due to
errors, I had to re set it up and, again set it so that the email was being sent to that new folder. But now, because of that, every time I get an email to that folder, it comes in twice.
I've checked the "make rules" option and currently it says there are no rules. How can I make the double emails stop. Is there a specific folder option that I can look at?
I previously chose to use the Desktop SkyDrive app logged on with a local account to help maintain my privacy. I also used multiple local accounts to separate work from home life--My vacation pictures flashing across a tile are not appropriate for a work
meeting. The Desktop SkyDrive app allowed me to connect to the same SkyDrive no matter which profile I was under.
I know that any application developed for windows 7 and 8.o will natively run in Windows 8.1. MS has specifically taken additional development steps to prevent the desktop app from working in windows 8.1 and are doing their best to force us to log into
our computers with a Microsoft account. The only logical reason for this effort is data collection that leads to additional revenue.
Could you please disclose to me what additional personal, behavioral, marketing, and diagnostic data is being recorded by Microsoft when I am logged in through my live account verses a local account?

I 've been facing a weird problem. I signed in to Skype using my Microsoft account from Skype.com for account settings. I clicked on "unlink" Microsoft account which was the same id i signed in with. N since then my Skype name is appeared as "live:my_id_2".
That was very frustrating so i went back to my Microsoft account n again clicked on "unlink" n now my Skype name appears as "live:my_id_3". When i search my Microsoft id from Skype directory, it displays 3 search results "live:my_id" , "live:my_id_2"
, "live:my_id_3". If i make any changes in my profile it displays with "live:my_id_3" not with my original id which is supposed to be "live:my_id". I need help from Microsoft tech support. Please help me!
Hi everyone - I was wondering if you have experienced this. My husband and I share a gmail account for personal/home matters such as school communication etc.
I set up my gmail account in Outlook.com and it's been working great - I've cleared years of junk out of it! My husband also wanted to set up the same email on his Outlook.com account and it looked like it was fine until I realised that emails were only
downloading to one account or the other.
I have checked that the setting 'leave a copy on server' is selected and it is.
Can someone please help clarify (in low tech terms) the behaviour of Outlook.com when you set up the same Gmail account in 2 Outlook.com mailboxes?
Also how does the sent items behave - it looks like its working like POP as opposed to IMAP so emails sent only appear in that specific mailbox.

I'm having trouble sharing folders in my skydrive. When I select the folder I want to share, I then have to start typing in names or addresses of those I want to share with and a short list pops up of possible matches. The problem is, I can't remember
everyone's names. How can I share something and open the address book to simply tick off the contacts I want?
I have windows 7 and I cant open my movie maker because it comes up with a message saying "sorry movie maker cannot start, make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements before trying to start movie maker again. Also I tried to update the video
card driver, but the url doesn't exists and Windows says there is no update available, that I have the latest version.
How can I make it work????
