I have successfully uploaded a word document to Skydrive. When I select to open it and edit in word, I get a message saying "we're opening your document in Microsoft word" but nothing happens. The document is too large to edit in Word App. I am using Skydrive on a PC with Google chrome and Windows XP. Any ideas on how I can edit my document in word?

Please can someone let me know how....after nearly a month of trying......I can get to my account  - - and  now very many--very important emails.   After Outlook took over......   I am unable to login, change password or able to complete all the questions on the repeatedly appearing questionnaire successfully enough for it to proceed..  Change of any password request does not get sent on to the requested alternate email details.   Grrrrr   frustration has now set in....Help me please    :{
I have tried filling out the questionnaires to no avail I don't have enough information but I do have one thing that should prove without a doubt it's my account. My facebook account is still hooked up to the old blocked hotmail that I'm trying to recover it has always been on this account and proves it is my account, it's been very frustrating trying to prove I'm me.
Logged in to SkyDrive with Android OneNote app. Can anyone tell me how to log out?
I am no longer receiving emails between midnight and 6 a.m. These are usually newsletter-type emails, but I do want to continue getting them. On my phone, I have the settings set not to give me any alerts during that time. But, somehow, across platforms (outlook.com, windows 8.1 outlook app, and android) I'm getting nothing. Thoughts?
Hi,

I just logged into my Hotmail account to search for an email which I received a few weeks ago and discovered that all my old emails have disappeared! The oldest email I have is now from 12/09/2013. I have not deleted or archived anything. I have moved any of the emails in question to new folders. I have not been asked if I want to delete old emails. I have given no one permission to do this and I log into my account at least 4 times a week. I don't always look at the old emails, so I don't know exactly when they disappeared, but certainly even last week I still had emails dating back to July/August this year and now they are just gone. What is going on??! Is this an issue with the change to Outlook?

Please can you help? I had saved messages from years ago because they were important to me - from friends/family and I am not prepared to accept they are just gone.

Kind Regards,

Lizzie

I log onto my Hotmail account, but then get this message. I cannot access emails or send, yet the status report claims all is running. I reported it multiple times, but have been unable to access my emails since this morning. I have cleared the history, restarted the computer; nothing works.
