Hi,
I have had this Email account for a long time, While looking for some old Emails noticed that almost everything prior to 2007 is gone. No emails to be found prior to 2007 and there are many Emails that contained information that were kept in the email for that
reason. Asked my wife and same thing happened with her account. Help please, we didn't erase anything as we understood that our Emails were safely stored with hotmail.
This is really important, please advice.

I cant access my Live email account, and Microsofts automated system repeatedly asks me the same validation questions which I am having problems with. Is there anyone within Microsoft who will communicate with me so I can prove ownership of the account?
I have tried many different methods suggested by Microsoft.
